The Board received application material in response to the RFA for Commercial Casinos by the 4 p.m. June 27, 2025 Return Date from the below eight entities.

Submitted material for each project will be published on their respective pages below through early July.

Community Advisory Committee (CAC) Appointing Authorities have been notified of their obligation to make appointments to Committees, ideally by July 3, 2025. The Board has released Guidance Regarding the Establishment, Operation and Conduct of Community Advisory Committees. CACs must vote on their respective project by September 30, 2025. Those Applicants approved by their CAC will then submit supplemental application material – including a proposed tax rate – to the Board for evaluation and consideration.
